I am an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute by examination and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. I received my Diploma on the 3 September 1979. In addition, I have successfully gained the Financial Planning Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in all subjects. I am recognised by the Financial Services Authority (formerly Fimbra and then PIA) as a registered individual under the Financial Services Act Under reference RAJ00004, confirmation of this status can be found via the fsa’s website. www.fsa.gov.uk. I hold the Chartered Insurance Institute examination G60 allowing my firm to be authorised to operate in the pension transfer market. I have had several papers published in specialist trade periodicals and continue to be retained to produce a “best advice” article for the leading weekly financial services newspaper. I have had articles printed in both national (Telegraph and Times) and local (Sentinel) newspapers. I have broadcast on both local radio (Signal) and national Radio 4 (Moneybox live). Have acted as an expert witness on pensions since before 1992
Emily Jacobs – Director
Emily joined the family business in August 2007 after pursuing a successful career in Catering Management. Emily has recently become a Director of the Company. Emily has achieved her Certificate in Financial Planning and is currently studying for the Diploma in Financial Planning. Emily specialises in Group Scheme Pensions, Protection and saving for retirement. Emily is a member of Future Finest and Stiletto Golf networking groups.
Kate Barnard – Office Manager
Kate joined the company in April 2000. She previously worked for Waterford Wedgwood for nine years, working her way up the position of Personal Assistant to the Finance Director. Kate has successfully completed her FPC 1, Pension Administration Certificate and Pension Simplification Exams.
Diane Lewis – Paraplanner
Diane joined the company in August 2002. She previously worked for Peter Young Financial Services for two years as an administrator. Since joining, Di has successfully passed her FPC 1 and Pension Administration Certificate.
Tara Fallows - Paraplanner
Tara joined the company in August 2007 having previously worked as a pensions administrator. Tara has successfully achieved her Certificate in Financial Planning. Tara specialised in Pensions & Divorce and Collaboration Cases
