We continually seek to amend our pension and divorce reports so that they are appropriate to circumstances concerning their use.  Often quite complex issues have to be dealt with but in a simple and sympathetic way so that all concerned, particularly those not involved in pensions, understand the issues and can make informed judgements.  The starting point for any report would be to provice basic details concerning the parties along with details of pension benefits earned to date and their cash equivalent transfer values.  Richard Jacobs has been producing such reports for over 15 years, commencing before the introduction of attachment orders.
